 Traditional Spanish Coastal Town House

The roof terrace

The large top terrace has extensive views, almost 360 degrees over the mountains, old rooftops, orange groves, the town, El Cids derelict castle with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. During the day and the evening the top terrace is a fantastic suntrap.

Spanish House: Valencia

Below shows you a sunset over the mountains from the roof terrace. Why not end the day by watching the sun slip behind the mountains while sipping a cool beer, as it will often delight you with a sky of pure vermilion.

Sunset from the roof terrace

The terrace is secluded as the house is at the top of the street and so is not overlooked. It is a wonderful place to start the day with a leisurely breakfast. You always seem to stay longer than you thought!

If you are lucky, you will see some unusually bright pigeons that race across the sky. The owner colour codes them, so you get a flash of yellow or purple as they soar above the town.

There are great views over the old town. You can see for miles.

You get to the top terrace via the lower terrace, which has a clothes line and stairs to the top terrace.
